* lisp/emacs-lisp/cl|eieio: Minor tweaks

* lisp/emacs-lisp/cl-macs.el (cl-dolist, cl-dotimes): Silence byte-compiler.

* lisp/emacs-lisp/eieio.el (defclass): Change internal name so as to make
sure only EIEIO files should have "eieio--" prefixes in their .elc.
